2011 Retreats begin the first Wednesday of every month.

Your 6-day retreat includes the following:

Day 1: arrive / hotel check-in / acclimate

Day 2: trip to Queens beach / private Transformational Meditation™ / Alignments

Day 3: snorkeling at Hanauma Bay / group work / Desire

Day 4: trip to Makapu`u beach/ group work / Clarity

Day 5: trip to Kailua beach / private Transformational Meditation™ / Purpose

Day 6: Sunrise Ko’olau hike/ Commitment / check-out / return home
